ABOUT
My First Gynae

At My First Gynae Visit (MFG), we offer comprehensive care tailored to adolescent girls.

Adolescence is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the second decade of life (10-19 years). It is a period of significant physical, psychological, and social changes. Our visit serves as an essential complement to regular pediatric appointments. We introduce young girls to the concept of a gynecological visit, covering crucial topics such as menstrual health, sexuality, sexual health, contraception, STI counseling, and vaccinations.

MFG is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for adolescent girls; facilitating a smooth and healthy transition into adulthood.
